MIDSOLE: Lightweight Phylite midsole provides responsive cushioning. Deep sipes (grooves) promote foot strengthening through the forefoot, adding support. OUTSOLE: Phylite Waffle outsole with piston geometry to boost cushioning and proprioceptive feedback. Environmentally preferred rubber in high wear zones. The foot strengthening benefits of Nike Free, but with a bit more cushioning and support for longer runs.
